Emotional Freedom Technique ( EFT), is an evidence-based approach, created by Gary Craig, which followed the initial work called Thought Field Therapy (TFT) founded by Roger Callahan. Both TFT and EFT were well known for assisting in curing phobias and later found successful in treating Vietnam Vets with severe and chronic PTSD. Proven to be helpful in just a short number of sessions, leading people on their way to living more fulfilling lives. I provide a combination of talking and tapping while clients think and/or share past traumas or stressors.
